1. Purchase price for puppy/dog is $________ and will need to be paid in full upon pickup of puppy/dog or prior to shipping. Minimum deposit of $300/$500 to hold a puppy/dog depending on price of puppy or dog to be paid in full within 2 weeks. All deposits are non-refundable. Puppy/dog is sold with no warranties, either expressed or implied in “AS IS” condition, with no guarantees other than those stated herein.

2. Puppy/dog is being sold as a family companion on a limited registration. If limited the puppy should be spayed or neutered prior to 10 months of age with a recommended age of 6 months. Limited registration means that no litters produced by this Pomeranian can be registered with the AKC. Breeding or Show potential puppies/dogs are sold with unlimited registration.

3. Owner has 3 days to have the puppy/dog checked by a veterinarian of their choice. If the vet exam reveals that the puppy is sick or unhealthy the buyer, if wanting to return puppy/dog must return the puppy/dog within 3 days of said vet visit. Owner must provide a written statement from the attending vet as to what medical issues prevent the dog from performing what it was purchased for. A replacement puppy/dog can be shipped/picked up when one becomes available and will be breeders choice. Buyer to pay all shipping fees. There is no guarantee against accidents or sickness not contracted on the breeders premises. No veterinary bill will be paid by the breeder. Returning the puppy/dog will be at purchaser’s expense. No cash refunds will be given. Each puppy will have had at least their first vaccination and wormed at least twice.

4. It is agreed, at no time will the owner sell/give this puppy to a pet shop, humane society, pound or any similar enterprise. In the event that the owner needs to fine a new home for the dog/puppy, the breeder should be contacted for assistance.
